2024 River Rock at the Amp Ticket Giveaway Official Rules

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY.

2. PARTICIPATION CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE OF RULES AND DECISIONS, CONSENT TO USE AND RELEASE OF CLAIMS. By entering this drawing, each participant warrants that he or she has read and agrees to abide by all drawing rules and that he or she is not prohibited from participating in the drawing. Participation in this drawing constitutes participant's full and unconditional acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of Seven Seventeen Credit Union ("Seven Seventeen or 7 17"), its affiliates, employees and agents, which are final, binding and non-negotiable in all respects. Each participant agrees to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless Seven Seventeen and its affiliates, employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives, advertising and promotion agencies and prize suppliers from any liability arising from or related to the drawing, including without limitation, (a) unauthorized human intervention in the drawing; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone or network lines; copyright printing errors; (d) lost, late, postage-due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail; (e) personal injury, death, and property damage; and (f) claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy. Further, participants fully and unconditionally release all claims for consideration, copyright infringement and all other claims of any nature relating to the use of their entry, name or likeness.

3. DRAWING ELIGIBILITY: This drawing is open to adults 18 and older who are U.S. residents. Membership with Seven Seventeen Credit Union is not required. Proof of age and identity must be furnished upon request. Employees of Seven Seventeen and its agents, affiliates and immediate family members of all such persons, are not eligible to participate in this drawing. Seven Seventeen reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, suspend, or amend this drawing at any time for any reason. Seven Seventeen further reserves the right to amend these drawing rules at any time without prior notice, at its sole discretion. Seven Seventeen reserves the right to disqualify any participant for any reason, including, but not limited to, violation of these Official Rules, copyright infringement or infringement of the rights of a third-party.

4. TO ENTER: This drawing submission period will run on or about 12:00 PM EST Monday, May 6, 2024 to 12:00 PM EST Friday, May 24, 2024 ("Drawing Period"). Submissions will be accepted for the duration of the Drawing Period using any of the following methods: online. To enter, you must be 18 years of age or older. Your official entry will be completed when you provide your email address and hit the “Enter” button. Email addresses are required and mandatory to be fully compliant with the drawing. Only one entry per person and email address. By submitting an entry, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules. Persons submitting entries under false pretenses, manipulating the drawing, or in any other way tampering with this drawing will be disqualified. Seven Seventeen is not responsible for telecommunications, network, electronic, technical or computer failures of any kind. 

Alternate Form of Entry: Alternate Form of Entry: One entry per person only. Mail your name, address, email address and phone number on a 3 X 5 card to Seven Seventeen Credit Union, Marketing Department – 2024 River Rock at the Amp Drawing, 3181 Larchmont Ave, NE., Warren, OH, 44483. All forms must be received by 12:00 PM EST on Friday, May 24, 2024 to be included in the drawing. No other forms of entry are valid. All forms must be legible with all required information completed; Seven Seventeen Credit Union is not responsible for illegible, damaged or misdirected entries.

By entering, participant agrees that Seven Seventeen may publish participant's name and entry on Seven Seventeen's website, or in such other media or formats as Seven Seventeen may elect without any compensation.

5. PRIZES: Three (3) winners will receive ticket packages, as shown in the River Rock at the Amp Prize Packages Summary below, to the River Rock at the Amp concerts for the 2024 Classic Rock Concert Series in Warren, Ohio held during the months of May, June, July, and August 2024 (concerts are scheduled for June 1, June 15, June 22, June 29, July 13, July 20, July 27, August 2, August 3, August 17, August 24, and August 31); visit http://riverrockattheamp.com for complete details about these shows. Verifiable retail value (VRV) of the prizes is shown below.

River Rock at the Amp Prize Packages Summary (one winner for each of the following):

First Prize – (VRV – $552.00):
• Two (2) tickets to each of the twelve 2024 River Rock at the Amp concerts
• $125 voucher for the Best Western Park Hotel, Warren, OH
• $100 West & Main gift card
• $25 Nova Coffee Co gift card
Second Prize (VRV – $427.00):
• Two (2) tickets to each of the twelve 2024 River Rock at the Amp concerts
• $100 CharBenay’s Wine on the River gift card
• $25 Nova Coffee Co gift card
Third Prize (VRV – $402.00):
• Two (2) tickets to each of the twelve 2024 River Rock at the Amp concerts
• $75 Sunrise Inn gift card
• $25 Mocha House gift card

No cash equivalent for prize shall be awarded. Prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

The odds of winning will depend on the number of entries received. For example, if Seven Seventeen receives 500 eligible entries, the chances of winning a prize will be 1 in 500.

Each winner(s) is responsible for taxes and any and all other costs and expenses not listed above. All decisions of Seven Seventeen in this drawing are final, binding and non-negotiable.

6. SELECTION OF WINNERS: Winners will be chosen by assigning each eligible entry a number and using a random number generator to select randomly from that group.

Seven Seventeen will notify the selected winner(s) by telephone and/or email address with the information on file for the winners on or about Friday, May 24, 2024 after 12:00 PM EST. If Seven Seventeen representatives are unable to make contact with the winner(s) within three (3) business days after Seven Seventeen's first attempt to notify the winners, or if the winners fail to claim the prize in accordance with these Official Rules, the winners forfeit the prize. Any forfeited prizes may be given to another chosen winner at the sole discretion of Seven Seventeen. To accept and receive the prize, the winner(s) must pick up the prize package during normal business hours at Seven Seventeen Credit Union’s Larchmont Branch Office front desk, located at 3181 Larchmont Ave., NE, Warren, OH 44483 or our Downtown Warren Branch office at 157 West Market St, Warren, OH 44481. Proof of identification may be requested.

MISCELLANEOUS: By entering this drawing, participants consent to Seven Seventeen's use of their name, likeness, image and biographical data for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. BECAUSE PERSONAL INFORMATION FROM PARTICIPANTS WILL BE COLLECTED BY ENTERING THIS DRAWING, PARTICIPANTS SHOULD REVIEW Seven Seventeen's Privacy Policy. By entering this drawing, participant authorizes Seven Seventeen to contact participant for commercial purposes via mail, telephone, or e-mail address. There will be no use of participant's name or other personal information for future commercial purposes except as in accordance with Seven Seventeen's Privacy Policy. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without giving effect to conflicts of law rules.
